GENERAL CONDITIONS
The published rate is for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 11 years old free of charge. In case of requesting a rate for 3 adults, the third person will be considered with an additional charge, which will be reflected when checking availability on the website.
In case of requesting a crib and/or extra beds, these may generate an additional cost, which must be quoted and paid at the hotel upon check-in (subject to availability of the property).
Parking, for some properties, has an additional daily cost with a preferential rate for guests. Please inquire at reservations or reception about the applicable cost at each hotel and destination.
Please note that upon check-in, it is necessary to present official identification (voter ID, passport, driver's license, professional license). In the case of corporate agreement rates, it will be necessary to present identification as an employee of the company under which the reservation was made.
Only reservations as indicated and confirmed in the system will be honored. The hotel may reject any other written or printed confirmation that may have been altered.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The room is available for use from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. The deadline for checking out on your departure day is 11:00 AM. If you wish to have access to your room earlier or check out later, we suggest you contact the reservations department or the hotel directly to inquire about the additional cost for these services.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
In case of changing the date of your reservation (provided the previously purchased rate allows it, and it is within the permitted time frame for such change), it may be subject to modifications according to availability at the time of the change. The previously reserved rate may not be available, so the best available rate for that day will be offered at the time of the change.
In case of extending the stay, the previously confirmed rate may not be available, therefore, the rate to be confirmed for the extended nights will be the best available rate for that day.
In case of early departure before the confirmed dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the remaining unused nights, according to the cancellation policy of the reserved rate.
In case of requesting the cancellation of your reservation, please check the policies mentioned in your confirmation letter, as these may vary according to the hotel and selected rate.
Cancellations will not be allowed 24 (twenty-four) hours before the check-in date.
In case of any change in the lodging tax or value-added tax, the difference will be refunded or added to the total cost of your reservation.
The time mentioned for making changes and cancellations is according to the local time zone of Mexico City (GTM-06:00 Central Standard Time).
RATE POSTING
The published rates have been calculated in US dollars (USD). Payment for the reservation must be made in national currency (MXN). All charges are subject to the hotel's exchange rate for each night of lodging.
Changes in taxes or rates implemented after the reservation could affect the total room price.
The rate is confirmed according to the number of guests indicated when checking availability on the website. Any increase or decrease in the number of guests may cause a modification in the rate.
NO SHOW
In case the guest does not show up at check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge a NO SHOW fee and cancel the reservation.
This charge applies to any type of rate purchased. For Non-Cancellable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged; for Cancellable reservations, the first night of the stay will be charged.
NO SHOW charges will be made directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE
To guarantee the reservation, 100% of your stay (FULL PAYMENT) or payment for 1 night (PARTIAL PAYMENT) is required, depending on the payment option selected at the time of booking.
For Non-Cancellable or one-night rates, 100% of the stay will be charged.
